Ms Grace Raj obtained her MBA from Metropolitan University and BA (Hons) in Business Administration from University of Hertfordshire, UK. She also pursued a Diploma in Educational Studies from College of Teachers in UK. Prior to teaching at international schools, she has been lecturing at colleges in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. She has extensive experience working with children of all ages and enjoys supporting her students as they learn through an inquiry approach. She believes in creating a rich, nurturing environment where each child is valued as an individual and encouraged to reach his or her potential. During her free time, she loves doing fun activities and watching movies with her two children.

An enthusiastic child squeals excitedly, "Oh, I get it now!" It is for moments like these that Ms Shalini Prabakaran decided to become a primary school teacher. Ms Shalini started teaching in 2011, after graduating from UNISEL with a B.Ed(Hons)degree specializing in TESL. Prior to joining CHIS, she has worked with two other international schools in Johor Bahru, which gave her numerous opportunities to work with both secondary and primary students. She believes that a positive attitude and a little smile goes a long way.

Ms Joanne graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) in Multimedia from Multimedia University in Cyberjaya. Her education includes CIDTL which she obtained in the year 2010. She started her career in an advertising agency and has spent most of her time teaching young children in a few international schools in Kuala Lumpur for the last 11 years. Ms Joanne has recently relocated to Johor due to her husband's job posting. She enjoys listening to music and playing the piano during her free time.

Ms Rhonda Skinner graduated with a Bachelor of Education (Major in Inclusive Education) from Griffith University in Queensland, Australia. Along with a Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Ms Skinner also holds Full Teacher Registration in Western Australia and Queensland. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Ms Skinner’s educational philosophy lies in creating active learning environments for her students - allowing them a full range of developmentally appropriate, multi-sensory experiences structured to challenge each individual student cognitively, socially, emotionally and physically. Prior to joining CHIS, Ms Skinner has worked as a Special Education Programme Teacher, Inclusion Coordinator, and also in Pastoral Care.

Ms. Rekha graduated from RoeHampton University, UK and holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Arts in Education. She started her teaching career as a PYP homeroom teacher in Fairview International School Kuala Lumpur in 2012.
After experiencing the IB school for 3 years, Ms. Rekha joined Taylor's International School Puchong in 2015. She worked as part of the leadership team in the process of implementing, monitoring and achieving the school priorities and targets.
Ms. Rekha served the school as a Year Leader for 3 years before relocating to Johor Bahru. Her experiences as a homeroom teacher have afforded her the opportunity to interact with diverse student populations and engage them in learning. Ms. Rekha strives to ensure that every student achieves excellence!

Ms. Lalita graduated with B.Ed.TESL and continued her Masters in the same field. She has been working in the teaching field for the past six years. Her great passion in teaching has become the main motivating factor in making it her career. Besides that, she is a well-trained Indian classical dancer as she loves dancing.

Ms. Ransher is originally from Penang and has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She then went on to complete her CIDTT (Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers) teaching qualification. After teaching for five years in her home town of Penang, Ms. Ransher decided to fulfil her ambition of teaching abroad. She was soon after employed at Panyathip International School, Laos where she taught for two years.
Staying in Laos for two years, Ms. Ransher has captured a lot of wonderful memories especially with embracing the rich culture, traditions and ethnic diversity of Laos. As an educator, her goals are to provide support that would address the students’ needs not only in academics but also in career and social development. Outside of school Ms. Ransher enjoy listening to sentimental songs and relax by the beach. She looks forward to beginning a new adventure with the staffs, parents and pupils at Crescendo HELP International School.

Mr Casey was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. He has been living in Asia for more than 11 years, with many of those years spent in the field of education. After obtaining an ESL Diploma in Canada, Mr.Casey taught English as a Second Language in Northern China for 7 years, where he also learned to speak Mandarin fluently. After moving to Malaysia with his wife in 2016, he decided to join the international school circuit. Mr Casey holds a Diploma in Advanced Teaching from John University in the UK and is currently studying a Teaching Diploma course from Cambridge University.
