Fees for all external examinations the School has in its schedule are payable by the parents/guardians. Parents/Guardians shall always encourage attendance during the School terms apart from exceptional events. The School reserves the right to discipline, suspend or dismiss any student whose lack of academic endeavour or poor behaviour is considered by the Principal to be unacceptable. Parents/Guardians agree to inform the school of any changes of address or contacts including times when the responsible adults leave their son/daughter in the care of others. For Parents/Guardians to understand that the School reserves the sole discretion to terminate the contract herein at any time if such termination is considered to be in the best interest of the School and the community.
To withdraw a Student from the school, the parent shall be required to serve the school with a one (1) term written notice (‘the Notice’) prior to the commencement of the final term in which the Student will be studying at the school. Failing this the deposit held with the school will be forfeited. The Notice shall set out the date of such withdrawal (the last day of the Student’s attendance). If the Student is not withdrawn from the School on the said last day of attendance, a fresh notice of withdrawal shall be served on the School and the same conditions shall apply to the refund of the deposit. This clause shall apply equally in the case of the prolonged absence of the Student from the School Where a Student withdraws from the School and re-applies for admission within three (3) academic terms from the date of withdrawal, no Application or Registration Fee shall be payable by the Student to the School upon re-application (subject to availability of place and acceptance by the School). All fees due to the School by the Student shall be at the then prevailing rate and shall be paid prior to such re-admission. If the family has entered into the agreement to buy an iPad or other technology device from the School they will be required to settle the outstanding balance: if not settled the School retains the right to deduct the amount required from the refundable deposit in lieu of said payment.
I/We hereby indemnify the School, its officers and employees against any and all claims arising from injury to the student whilst participating in any School activity, or while on School property or while travelling to or from the School premises. I/We understand and agree that in the event of an emergency, the School will make every effort to contact the parents/guardians: if no response to call the emergency contact. However, if this is not possible the student will be taken to either his/her family doctor (if known and nearby) or to a suitable hospital, approved by the School, for treatment. The parents/guardians will reimburse the School for any expenses/payments incurred by these actions.
